Cheshire Workshops offer a day out for all the family as well as the opportunity to choose from a large range of candles at factory shop prices. You can watch skilled craftspeople carving candles by hand, and see the unique candle dipping ferris wheel, standing over 30 feet high. Most of the candles made here are exported throughout the world. There are also hundreds of other gift ideas in the shop. Candles start from 15p, much cheaper than the equivalent quality in the high street and are available in a wide range of colours, shapes and sizes. Admission and parking are free, and there is a restaurant and a play area with hands-on activities for children.
