The main business is in hiring hats for all occasions - customers can bring their outfit to find the perfect match. Hire fees start from £20 up to £50 for a period of four days or longer by arrangement. There are also accessories for sale, particularly jewellery, scarves, gloves and handbags, plus a selection of shoes and gifts. Ex-hire hats are sold off at reasonable prices, and assorted Kangol hats are available to buy in winter.
